About the Artist | (Born 1958, Jemez pueblo) Best known for her polished redware and tanware sgaffito pottery, Glendora has won numerous awards. A member of the Corn Clan, she started winning awards for her pottery in 1984. Designs she has favored include lizards, flowers, corn plants, feathers and butterflies. Her mother was another highly regarded pottery artist, Juanita Fragua. |
